Scotland House Clearance turned up on time and evaluated many of the house hold items in the house that they say were antiques. This was very unexpected for my wife and me, as we did not know that these items were of any actual value. They identified things straight away and offered us a great price for the antiques. As we hired Scotland House Clearance for a full house clearance we were not expecting them to buy any of the antiques, they were a very honest and reliable company, they could have cleared the house and taken the antiques without telling us they were of any value. Instead they took the value of the antiques off the total cost of the clearance.
