How does our house clearance service work?

We usually just require 2-3 days notice, we like to turn up at 9am on the day of our appointment.
If you are unable to be present during the house clearance we can pick keys up from solicitors, estate agents or neighbors.
We will clear everything you ask us to clear, even the food from the cupboards, we can disconnect all white goods & uplift carpets if required.

Note! Items of sentimental or monetary value found during house clearance are handed back to each customer.

dining chairs — A set of four high back, heavily carved mahogany dining chairs, upholstered to the seat, backrests and armrests in red velour.

dresser unit — A tall standing solid pine and glass dresser unit, having three cupboards to the top above three cupboards and a drawer to the bottom.

kingsize bed frame — A solid wood kingsize bed frame and headboard, tougher with a kingsize mattress and memory foam topper.

entertainment unit — A hand painted cream solid pine entertainment unit, having a dvd player shelf above a large drawer.

console table — A solid mahogany three leg half moon console table with one brass handled drawer.

dresser — A white solid wood vanity dresser/ desk, having three drawers at the right hand side with brass handles.

breakfast bar chairs — A set of five solid wood spoon back breakfast bar chairs, hand painted in deep purple.

dresser stool — A solid wood scroll shaped vanity dresser stool, upholstered to the seat in striped and floral patterned fabric.

vintage dresser — A solid wood vintage dresser and detachable bevelled mirror, having two small drawers above three large drawers.

floral console table — A half circle hand painted cream and floral console table in the shabby chic style, having one small drawer with a pink rose handle.

single bed base — A single bed base on solid wood legs and castors, together with a singled headboard and mattress.
